How to use Kegel Weights?
Position yourself in a way that you can easily insert the kegel weight and pull it out if required.
Begin with the lightest one in your set. Gently insert them into the vagina, until the entire bulb is in your vagina. Then, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. You can tighten around the device for better results.
You can perform your daily activities with them inside you!
Do not over-exercise. Never exceed 10 minutes per session of Kegels with weights inserted. Be sure to listen to your body. If you feel any pain, remove the device and try relaxing for a while.
You can be creative with your exercises such as walking or running in place or doing some yoga poses.
The best time to do Kegel workouts is when you are urinating, so you can practice contracting and releasing at this time too.
After you’re done, remove the kegel weight and wash them with soap and water.
Allow them to dry before storing them in a cloth pouch or canister.
